All outings require a certified leader, therefore leadership certification is strongly encouraged. Certification generally requires first aid training, a leadership class, and experience with organizing trips. You can read more about the requirements on the volunteer page, http://www.boulderico.org/volunteer. Chexk "Yes" if you already are a certified leader.

How do you feel about receiving electronic reimbursements from ICO through a service like Square Cash or PayPal?

Great! This 21st Century service would be more convenient and better than paper checks in the mail.
I'd prefer to receive old-fashioned paper checks.
I'm not sure. I haven't used this kind of service, but maybe I'd be OK with it.
We're considering transitioning to a service like Square Cash (https://square.com/cash/) to process reimbursements for expenses that volunteers incur on ICO trips. For this type of service, the sender needs only the recipient's email address or cell phone number that can receive texts. To claim the money, the recipient needs to enter their debit card number, or, for some systems, their bank account and routing numbers. Other similar services are Google Wallet, Paypal, and Venmo. If you don't have a debit card, this type of service may not work for you.

Describe the vehicle that you will drive on ICO outings. Examples: "Toyota Prius," "Subaru Outback". This does not commit you to driving on any outings. You will sign up to drive (or not) on each independent outing.

dietary preferences
Describe your dietary preferences, including any allergies that trip organizers should be aware of when preparing menus and food shopping.
Medical restrictions
Do you have any medical conditions (such as asthma or bad knees) that may affect your participation in an outing? Or, do you require any special accommodations to participate in outings? This information will help trip organizer know your limitations so that everyone may have a comfortable and enjoyable trip. If such information is confidential or sensitive to you, please contact the trip organizer directly.
