Mission Wolf: Return of the middle schoolers

We returned from our trip, Mission Wolf: Return of the middle schoolers, on Monday, June 01 2015.
Trip departure and return dates and time:
Saturday, May 30 2015 2:00 AM to Monday, June 01 2015 11:00 AM
Trip Description:

Boulder ICO will visit Mission Wolf, a sanctuary for wolves in south-central Colorado.  Participants will interact with the wolves and learn about their history, biology, folklore, lifestyle, and outlook for survival in the modern world. As a service outing, we will help with tasks around the sanctuary, such as preparing food, hauling firewood, and cleaning facilities. We will be camping in tents and preparing meals outside, so all participants must be prepared for the weather. Mission Wolf overlooks a beautiful and remote valley that lies between the Sangre de Christo and Wet mountain ranges. This is an experience not to be missed! This trip will be for Middle School youth.
