Bird Safari at Walden Ponds

We returned from our trip, Bird Safari at Walden Ponds, on Saturday, May 10 2014.

We had great attendance, excellent weather, and cool birds. We saw a baby osprey, some white-faced ibis, and American avocets in addition to favorites like the Audubon warbler and American goldfinch. We should probably add an additional half hour to this trip in the future so that the kids aren't rushed from one bird to the next.
