Belly Sledding & Snow Ice Cream By Popular Demand

We returned from our trip, Belly Sledding & Snow Ice Cream By Popular Demand, on Sunday, February 11 2018.

After some on-again, off-again business with recruitment, we decided to give it a go just because the forecast was for outstanding snowshoeing conditions. And that they were. With only Ashley and Lukas filling out the junior ranks, everyone got plenty of time with a shovel, digging our mutli-person snowcave.

Trip departure and return dates and time:
Sunday, February 11 2018 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM
Trip Description:

Belly sledding and the backward snowshoe race are perennial favorites on this easy snowshoeing trip in the Moffat Tunnel area. Prepare for lots of laughter!
